We can't — and we designed it that way on purpose. Seclo never sends your PIN off your device, so there's no copy for us to recover. If you set up a recovery method (security questions or recovery email) inside the app, use that. Otherwise the only option is to reinstall the app, which clears the vault.
How do I cancel my Seclo Pro subscription?
+
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation happens in iOS Settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Seclo → Cancel. You'll keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
Will I lose my photos if I delete the app?
+
Yes. Because Seclo is fully offline, removing the app removes the vault. Before uninstalling, export anything you want to keep using the in-app Export option, or move it back to your Photos library.
Does Seclo upload my photos anywhere?
+
No. Photos, videos, passwords, cards, and notes never leave your device. The only network calls Seclo makes are to verify your App Store subscription (Apple/RevenueCat) and, for free-tier users, to load ads. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Can I move my vault to a new iPhone?
+
If you use Apple's encrypted iCloud backup or a direct device-to-device transfer, Seclo's data moves with the rest of your phone. Standard (non-encrypted) iCloud backups do not include Seclo's protected files.
I want a refund for my subscription.
+
Subscription refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for the Seclo purchase. We're happy to vouch for legitimate requests if Apple asks for confirmation — just email us.
